USA Acquires DecoLite Brand
In October 2007, CATTCO USA acquired the DecoLite brand from Alcan Baltek. For over 50 years CATTCO USA has been producing quality built, value engineered, composite products at their Cattaraugus, New York facility.
With this transaction, CATTCO USA acquires the rights to manufacture,
promote and sell DecoLite panels in the market. This product is made primarily from a renewable resource. The newest innovation by CATTCO USA is a FR1 (fire retardant) panel. Panels are mainly used for interiors of yachts, high end motor coaches, and conference tables.
